# Day 7: 10 minute map

**Date:** November 7, 2026
**Status:** Planned — map not implemented.

## Theme

Create a map within a ten-minute working window, focusing on a clear idea and a deliberately limited set of design choices.

## Map idea

A small, achievable subject will be chosen before the timed mapping session. No finished map or selected dataset is claimed by this placeholder.

## Data and attribution

Record the source links, access dates, licenses, credits, and processing decisions when the subject and data are selected. Keep shareable data and supporting assets in this folder.

## Implementation and output

- Replace [the placeholder page](index.html) with the map or a presentation of the finished output.
- Document the tools, rendering approach, and any setup requirements here as they are chosen.
- [Source folder on GitHub](https://github.com/PaulGibbs3rd/30DayMapChallenge2026/tree/main/day7)
- [GitHub Pages URL](https://paulgibbs3rd.github.io/30DayMapChallenge2026/day7/) — serves this placeholder until the map is implemented.
- [All challenge days](../directory/index.html)

## Validation

Map-specific validation has not been run because the map is not implemented. Record the relevant data, interaction, accessibility, and layout checks when an output exists.

## Reflection

Pending completion: describe what worked, the decisions made, and what to try next.
